Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs such as express shipping), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Under the statutory right of withdrawal, you may inspect the goods as you would in a retail store. A loss in value only occurs in the case of excessive use.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
