Delivery Times

As we ship sustainably, flexibly, and directly from the manufacturer, delivery times are usually:

7–18 business days

In exceptional cases (high demand, holidays, customs delays), shipping may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate packages, as they may ship from different warehouses. There are no additional costs.

Tracking

Once available, you will receive a tracking number by email. For some international shipments, tracking may only become active after a few days.

Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was not collected, reshipping may only be possible after the shipping costs are paid again.
